Job Summary
Log data, check and test gauges, and perform minor repairs on valve, pumps, and rotating equipment for gas lifted wells and ESPs. Conduct fluid levels with an echo meter, track test compression data, and proactively monitor well performance to maximize production. Prepare for and perform maintenance by taking readings, issuing work permits, initiating work requests, and interfacing with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data. Follow procedures, write procedures, and gather data while interfacing with Engineering. Work a 14/14 rotating schedule of days and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required
- 8+ years of experience
- General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department
