Job Summary
Monitor well and equipment performance, proactively taking action to maximize production. Perform maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment while conducting rounds, issuing work permits, and writing procedures. Operate control boards, manage three-phase separation, and track test compression data using echo meters. Optimize chemical pump rates for corrosion, paraffin, and soap injection based on production data. Gather engineering requests and interface with support groups. Requires 3-5 years of pumper/lease operator experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as a pumper/lease operator
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required
- General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department
