Lease Operator / Pumper

Operate and maintain company leases by tracking gas production, managing fluid volumes, and optimizing output through control adjustments to plunger wells and pumping unit timers. Perform daily operational checks on assigned wells, test production rates, and monitor equipment to identify and resolve issues. Execute a wide variety of manual tasks including greasing pumping units, changing stuffing box rubbers, and assisting with facility repairs. Requires a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle for 8-10 hours daily, with a high school diploma and basic mechanical skills preferred. Attend safety trainings and remain compliant with all safety standards.
