Lease Operator / Pumper

Job Summary
Operate and maintain company leases by tracking gas production, managing fluid volumes, and optimizing production through control adjustments to plunger wells and pumping unit timers. Perform daily operational checks on assigned wells, test production rates, and monitor equipment while identifying issues for repair or installation. Handle a wide variety of manual labor tasks including greasing pumping units, changing stuffing box rubbers, and maintaining separation equipment. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to operate a motor vehicle for 8-10 hours daily, and basic mechanical skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with oil and gas experience.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle for 8-10 hours daily, with intermittent breaks from driving
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, climb, carry, reach, push, and pull
