Job Summary
Monitor multiple well sites daily by vehicle and oversee oil and gas well operations, including testing, calibration, and troubleshooting equipment and mechanical problems. Perform field maintenance, general housekeeping, and mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies while adhering to safe work practices and environmental procedures. Manage surveillance of production facilities such as flowlines, LACT facilities, and water injection plants, responding to visual and audible alarms as needed. Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours are expected. Candidates must possess one year of Lease Operator experience, a valid US driver's license, and the physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, and wear personal protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ yrs. of Lease Operator experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
- Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms
- Understanding of environmental and safe work practices
