Job Summary
Monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule, ensuring peak efficiency and reliability of equipment. Conduct daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot mechanical problems across various facility types including flowlines, LACT facilities, and water injection plants. Perform mandatory paperwork for customer and regulatory agencies while adhering to safe work practices and environmental procedures to maximize earnings and minimize costs. Expect non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours. Must live within a 45-50 mile radius of Brandon, MS.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Lease Operator experience
- Live within a 45-50 mile radius of Brandon, MS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
- Must be able to walk, bend, and stop
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment
- Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms
- Understanding of environmental and safe work practices
