Job Summary
Conduct daily well and facility inspections, monitor production performance, and troubleshoot operational issues for the STX Asset. Collect and submit accurate daily production data, witness gauging activities, and perform equipment inspections, minor repairs, and production tests. Utilize SCADA and P2 Field Operator systems to manage operations, while maintaining regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance. Respond to emergencies, maintain lease appearance, and represent the company during material deliveries. Work outdoors in varied weather conditions with a strong safety-first mindset, exercising stop-work authority when unsafe conditions exist.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commitment to business ethics, HSE&R, and safe work practices
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage competing priorities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, leadership, and support teams
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and respond to operational needs
Desired Qualifications
- Oil and gas production operations experience
- Experience with P2 Field Operator
- Experience with SCADA systems
- Experience operating and troubleshooting artificial lift systems such as gas lift and plunger lift
