Job Summary
Lease Operations & Funding Administrator I will own all aspects of Operations and Funding for lease financing, including reviewing closing documents for accuracy, booking loans to the lease system, uploading closing documents to imaging, maintaining collateral records, and ensuring KYC/CIP compliance. Responsibilities include facilitating communication of missing documents, initiating wires/ACH and journal entries, performing post-close lease corrections, posting initial payments, overseeing insurance monitoring and UCC filings, and managing titling packages with state DMVs. Will support the company 0customer portal, provide back-up support to the Lease Customer Service Administrator, respond promptly to inquiries, and perform special projects. Strong attention to detail, customer service excellence, and ability to navigate lease financing processes are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associateds degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Prior equipment lease financing or financial service industry experience desired
- Ability to work in a fast paced, task and detailed oriented environment required
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Proficient use of technology required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Excellent phone manners and customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Has the ability to take initiative to effectively obtain productive results
