Lease Maturity Analyst

Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about end-of-lease processes, explain charges, and collect outstanding balances. Handle customer and dealer questions regarding early lease returns, schedule inspections, and negotiate payment arrangements for wear and tear or excess mileage. Execute administrative tasks such as processing phone payments, sending letters, and updating systems to manage workflow while de-escalating complaints. Promote customer loyalty through lease maturity strategies and adhere to company policies. Requires 2+ years in customer service, high school diploma, and ability to work various shifts between 7AM-7PM Monday through Friday with occasional weekend coverage. Must live within commutable distance of Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, call center, or relevant environment
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Mathematical skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Overtime required on an as needed basis
- Travel 0-10% as required on an as needed basis
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX
- An applicant must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a captive finance company and/or vehicle leasing environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software
