Job Summary
Manage the store portfolio in the Iberian region by finding top locations for new stores and negotiating lease contracts with property owners to secure the best possible deals. Optimize the existing portfolio through lease actions including renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions, and terminations while collaborating with the Expansion Manager to set and implement market strategy. Leverage strong analytical skills and a proven track record of achieving results to drive long-term growth. Requires a Bachelor's or Masters degree, three years of leasing experience, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics, or a similar field
- At least 3 years of working experience in leasing, controlling, and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry
- Strong leasing skills and good legal understanding
- Results-driven
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Multi-tasker with strong prioritization skills
- Calm and positive mindset during difficult situations
- English is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Teams)
- You are ambitious, competitive, and humble, and you value taking responsibility
- You have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of achieving results
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade
- You are socially confident in negotiations and are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone
