Hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with responsibilities including pipeline development, competitive analysis, negotiation, data-driven business cases, collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Construction, and continuous portfolio optimization to beat local competition. Requires strong leasing/negotiation skills, analytical mindset, financial acumen, project management, and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI; English proficiency is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong leasing and negotiation skills with a solid understanding of legal frameworks
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, controlling, or real estate, preferably within the retail industry
- Proficient in MS Office and Power BI
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken
