Job Summary
Prepare Work in Progress and Debtors reports with commentary, maintaining accurate lease and property data across systems. Conduct quality reviews of compliance and insurance certifications, approve workflows for recurring and non-recurring payments, and resolve payment exceptions with landlords and agents. Manage site renewals, option processes, and lease surrenders by coordinating with solicitors and stakeholders to execute documentation. Review revenue rent rolls, prepare outgoing recharge schedules, and engage with auditors for year-end reconciliation. This role supports Cushman & Wakefield's Whole of Australian Government portfolio, offering exposure to complex lease management activities within a collaborative team environment. Australian citizenship and an active security clearance are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance
- Active security clearance (strongly encouraged)
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with property or lease management databases and reporting systems
- Strong knowledge of commercial property, lease administration and property management practices
- Proven experience managing lease documentation and administration processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Ability to interpret and act on client instructions while achieving positive commercial outcomes
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to both local and geographically dispersed teams
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
