Job Summary
Manage leasehold and freehold property portfolios by ensuring lease data integrity across databases and approving lease abstracts and obligations. Oversee rent reviews, CPI increases, and recurring payments while reviewing expenditure and revenue rolls to identify discrepancies. Support the Lease Manager in interacting with landlords and government agencies to maintain lease integrity and financial accuracy. Interpret lease documents, provide advice on obligations, and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes. This role is ideal for a highly organised candidate with at least one year's experience in property leasing or administration, reporting to a Lease Manager in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years' experience in property leasing or property administration
- An understanding of property leases, invoicing and reconciliations
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data and reporting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Advanced administration and database management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Business or Finance
- Estate Agent's Licence
Desired Qualifications
- Estate Agent's Licence highly regarded
