Lease & Agreement Analyst - Federal Sector

Job Summary

Partner with the Government Real Property Officer to review leases and agreements for accuracy, consistency, funding, dates, and future planning requirements. Coordinate with financial and business management teams to track lease-related costs and ensure accurate financial management of facilities and agreements. Support master planning and space planning efforts by developing courses of action (COAs) and studies to address evolving mission requirements. Develop and maintain processes for tracking, managing, and updating lease and agreement data throughout the lifecycle. Collaborate with the ARCHIBUS team to implement automated solutions for lease, agreement, and funding management. Work with the Program Management Team (PMT) to maintain audit readiness and provide critical information supporting facility sustainment, restoration, and programming efforts. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and communicate lease and agreement status to project stakeholders and government leadership. Submit a cover letter and resume; salary commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • 16+ years of directly related experience
  • Experience supporting government lease administration, real property management, or facilities agreements
  • Knowledge of federal leasing processes, real property documentation, and agreement management
  • Experience with financial accounting systems such as FACTS and/or CMS
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ARCHIBUS 23.2, 25.3, or newer
  • Experience implementing process improvements and documenting business processes
  • Familiarity with federal facilities management, capital planning, or infrastructure programs
