Job Summary
Lease Administrator will manage the full lifecycle of lease agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining documents; abstract key terms and data into Yardi; coordinate renewals, terminations, and inquiries from tenants and internal teams; monitor critical deadlines (renewals, move-ins/move-outs, rent increases); ensure accuracy and compliance across lease documentation and data management; communicate effectively with tenants and internal departments; possess strong MS Office skills and experience with Yardi or similar systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in lease administration or legal
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with Yardi or similar database systems
- Attention to detail with high proficiency in reading complex legal contracts and accurately extracting data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal/external parties
