Job Summary
Lease Administrator role supporting Chipotle’s real estate portfolio: analyze lease language, set up recurring payments for CAM, Taxes, and Insurance, process rent and one-time payments, manage TI Allowance payments and renewals, reconcile landlord ledgers, liaise with landlords and internal teams, and maintain lease documentation. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of commercial real estate lease administration or related experience, strong Excel and lease software skills, and excellent analytical and organizational abilities. Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. or the equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration, property management or related field
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Technical aptitude to use Lease Administration systems and software
- Understand essential lease and real estate industry terminology
- Excellent analytical, communication and mathematical skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
