Lease Administration Manager

Job Summary
The Lease Administration Manager will oversee end-to-end lease administration across the portfolio, maintaining accurate lease records and managing the rent roll, lease agreements, tenant information and all related charges. You will proactively manage milestones such as expiries, renewals and market rent reviews, support budgeting and forecasting through data input in Anaplan, and ensure compliance and documentation across SAP RE-FX (via Salesforce). You will coordinate lease processes with internal stakeholders to ensure documentation is in place prior to tenant occupancy, manage annual outgoings processes and produce monthly and quarterly reporting, while supporting asset valuations and audits. A detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office is required to support cross-functional collaboration with tenants, legal representatives and internal teams to drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Three years’ experience in lease administration, finance, or a similar administrative role
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce are desirable but not essential
