Job Summary
Lease Administration Analyst manages lease and rent operations across Inspire Communities, acting as the central point for lease compliance, rent adjustments, and data accuracy; responsibilities include interpreting lease terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with legal counsel on rent increases, preparing and reconciling notices, auditing resident accounts, collaborating with community managers on rents and deposits, maintaining lease files, supporting staff training, and assisting with move-in/move-out workflows; requires strong Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of lease terms and housing regulations, experience with lease management software (e.g., ManageAmerica), and demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience working with legal counsel and regulatory compliance
- 2+ years of experience in lease administration, preferably in manufactured housing or residential property management
- Training or experience in auditing and financial reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in lease management software (e.g., ManageAmerica)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
