Job Summary
Professional Lease Admin at JLL responsible for managing the complete lease administration lifecycle for a diverse client portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing, abstracting, and maintaining lease documents; reviewing CAM and real estate tax invoices and landlord reconciliation statements; monitoring critical lease dates and obligations; processing reconciliation payments and rent variance analysis; coordinating lease execution, document routing, and audit trails; data entry for Estoppel Certificates and related paperwork; and generating regular reports on lease portfolio performance to support client decision-making. Emphasis on data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or commercial real estate operations
- Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to analyze complex lease-related financial data
- Advanced reading comprehension and ability to understand and interpret complex commercial lease language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with capability to master company-specific accounting and database programs
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships with business partners
