Job Summary
Professional Lease Admin responsible for managing the complete lease administration lifecycle for a diverse client portfolio. You’ll review, abstract, and maintain lease documents, monitor critical dates and rent escalations, process reconciliations and rent variances, manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and vendors, coordinate lease executions and signatures, and generate regular lease portfolio analytics. The role emphasizes data accuracy, compliance, and proactive communication across internal stakeholders, with a focus on supporting client decision-making and ensuring lease integrity. Requires 3+ years of lease administration experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and effective written/verbal communication; on-site in Bedminster, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or commercial real estate operations
- Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to analyze complex lease-related financial data
- Advanced reading comprehension and ability to understand and interpret complex commercial lease language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to master company-specific accounting and database programs
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships with business partners
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
- associate’s degree with minimum of 2 years of work experience in Real Estate Lease Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or Property Management
- Financial data base experience
- Experience supporting corporate occupier clients or working within a tenant representation environment
