Job Summary
Support teachers in delivering engaging academic instruction and enrichment activities that reinforce school-day learning for elementary students. Provide small-group and one-on-one academic support while working collaboratively with Teachers, Site Coordinators, and school staff to meet individual student needs. Observe student progress and communicate success and concerns with the team. Participate in weekly team meetings, staff trainings, and professional development opportunities. This role is part-time after school (September through May) at multiple locations in Southern Maine, with a base compensation of $19.85.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with youth
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Some college preferred
