Required Qualifications
- Experience creating user-centred learning content with a strong learner experience
- Strong instructional design skills and experience developing learning materials
- Solid understanding of store operations and how to translate operational needs into learning
- Experience with change communication, change management or project management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
