Job Summary
Administer and optimize Docebo LMS and Skillsoft LXP, supporting a global user population. Develop and maintain workflows for course enrollments, certifications, and completions across platforms; ensure system performance, accessibility, and integration with HRIS, SSO, and other enterprise apps. Generate and analyze usage and completion data; serve as the global HR resource for LMS training activities; provide end-user training and ongoing support; lead system upgrades and feature enhancements; collaborate with HR Technology, HRBPs, power users, and vendors to align with learning goals and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field of study, and 3 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving learning technology platforms in the Healthcare, Biotech or Medical Technology industry.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) focused on Docebo, including system configuration, content management, and reporting;
- Experience with Learning Experience Platform (LXP) focused on Skillsoft, including system configuration, content management, and learner analytics reporting;
- Resolving technical LMS issues for the user population;
- Leading at least one full lifecycle rollout of an LMS platform including system setup, configuration, integration with existing architecture, administrator support and training, communication to and training of user populations;
- Project management experience relating to LMS Platforms;
- Data analytics and generating reports from LMS/LXP platforms to track learner performance and engagement;
- Integrating learning platforms with other enterprise applications, including HRIS;
- Communicating technical concepts/requirements to non-technical stakeholders;
- Supporting system users globally including Greater China, India, South America, Europe and North America.
