Job Summary
Delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually, including stand-up classroom instruction. Provides stakeholder consultation, creates and delivers learning resources, manages projects and programs, and ensures content quality aligns with organizational needs. Reviews materials in relation to employee experiences and program objectives to achieve intended business outcomes. Fosters relationships among the HR function, management teams, business units, and external partners. Updates and analyzes program data to proactively recommend areas of opportunity. Provides reporting and data analysis of learning and talent development metrics across businesses.
Required Qualifications
- university / college degree
- < 1 year of professional experience
- successful completion of a formal development program
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
