Learning & Talent Development Consultant - Corporate & Institutional Banking

Consult, curate, and design learning and talent development solutions that align with business objectives for Corporate & Institutional Banking lines. Provide career development guidance to employees and counsel managers on talent strategies, partnering with leaders to establish and measure learning priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives using project management and instructional design skills, while developing testing and deployment plans for talent solutions. Drive innovation by applying current trends and leveraging data-driven insights to assess skill development needs, enabling employee achievement through program management and navigation of internal tools. This role supports multiple business units within PNC's Human Resources organization, located in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas, Downers Grove, or Birmingham. Base salary ranges from $63,750 to $116,875, with incentive eligibility. PNC does not provide visa sponsorship.
