Job Summary
Support pupils with complex learning needs inside and outside the classroom, working in small groups or one-to-one to help them develop life skills and emotional regulation. Collaborate with teachers and specialist staff to deliver a whole approach to learning, adapting daily tasks as no two days are the same. Celebrate progress in small steps while maintaining a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children. Required Qualifications
- passion to work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others 1:1
