Job Summary
Implement tailored educational strategies and interventions for students with diverse learning requirements. Assist in developing and maintaining Individual Education Plans (IEPs) while working alongside teachers to modify lessons and ensure accessibility. Monitor student engagement and progress to provide insights for instructional adjustments, encouraging positive social interactions and communication skills during group activities. Maintain a nurturing classroom atmosphere that values diversity and promotes student well-being, staying informed on special needs education developments. Submit an updated CV and cover letter detailing relevant experience, as applications are reviewed as received. Candidates will undergo rigorous background checks and reference investigations.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or relevant qualification in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Understanding of various learning disabilities and effective support techniques
