Job Summary
The Director, Learning Strategist is responsible for aligning learning strategies with business goals, driving organizational growth, and enhancing performance through targeted learning solutions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field experience
- 10+ years of experience in L&D or Talent Development
- At least 5 years in a consulting, strategic, or leadership capacity
- Demonstrated experience leading learning strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning measurement methodologies
- Experience managing enterprise learning portfolios
- Strong data storytelling and analytical skills
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Experience creating learning dashboards
