Job Summary
Lead the delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid learning programs across the organization, including onboarding, DHCS, and health plan required training. Create engaging environments that encourage participation while adapting facilitation techniques for diverse audiences. Manage classroom dynamics, assess learner understanding through observations and assessments, and provide coaching and feedback. Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, assist in curriculum development, and support the rollout of new initiatives. Analyze learner feedback and training metrics to recommend enhancements and create post-training reports for leadership. Confirm scheduling and logistics for training events while maintaining alignment with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid California driver's license
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Must be able to travel to other sites, including potential overnight stays
- Able to lift up to 15lbs
- Strong verbal, written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
