Job Summary
Develop personalized learning plans based on psychoeducational evaluations and coach students on organizational skills and self-advocacy. Facilitate daily after-school Learning Labs to provide targeted academic support and wrap up the day. Build supportive relationships with families to guide them through standardized testing accommodations for the College Board and ACT, while partnering with student advisors to share holistic progress insights. Lead annual review meetings to discuss academic progress and update learning plans. Collaborate with faculty to interpret learning profiles and implement effective instructional strategies, and coordinate accommodated testing logistics for routine assessments and major milestones like the SAT and AP Exams. Direct proctoring management to ensure testing days run smoothly for students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, School Psychology, or a related field
- Experience supporting middle and high school-aged students
