Job Summary
Provide small-group and individual academic support for students requiring additional intervention. Conduct benchmark assessments, analyze student performance data, and develop detailed progress reports to communicate growth with families and teachers. Collaborate with classroom teachers on differentiated instruction and effective intervention strategies while contributing to curriculum review and instructional planning. Foster an inclusive classroom environment and participate in parent conferences, faculty meetings, and school-wide training. This part-time role (25 hours/week) supports Lander Grinspoon Academy's Jewish day school community for grades K-6.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience providing academic intervention and supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Knowledge of assessment practices and data-driven instruction
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues
