Job Summary
Trains and coaches new team members in systems, policies, procedures, compliance and objectives of the credit union. Delivers skills-based learning using adult learning principles, develops instructional materials (facilitator/participant guides, course content, role plays, and assessments), and delivers training across courses and workshops. Partners with leadership to align training with business needs, provides LMS administration support, and contributes to content development and learning-delivery design. Supports onboarding and retention through coaching, observation, and feedback, builds updates for learners and management, and stays current on learning and development practices to continually enhance capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
