Learning Specialist

Learning Specialist at Envision Education leads students toward achieving IEP goals and college/career readiness, performs case management for students with IEPs, trains and guides Instructional Assistants, coordinates service providers and service minutes to meet IEP requirements, collaborates to conduct assessments and prepare IEP reports, creates and modifies lesson and instruction plans, implements accommodations/modifications for learning in general education, analyzes student data to improve instruction, builds relationships with families, and leads IEP teams/meetings; compensation includes base salary plus several supplements (e.g., Special Education, Master’s, Lead/SPED roles) with comprehensive benefits. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid CA Teaching Credential; residence in CA after hire; emphasis on equity, anti-racist/pro-Black leadership, and collaboration.
