Job Summary
Learning Specialist at Milo’s Tea Company responsible for identifying learning needs, partnering with stakeholders to design and deliver learning content, managing large-scale projects, facilitating programs in-person and virtually, analyzing program data for effectiveness, handling administrative tasks, and supporting program assessment. Requires knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design, strong organizational skills, and ability to contribute to corporate responsibility initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Learning and Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field; or 1-2 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
