Job Summary
Design and deliver learning and development programs across formats (eLearning, multimedia, webinars, instructor-led training, job aids, performance support). Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to align content with strategic priorities; develop onboarding, leadership development, product, systems, and sales development knowledge; facilitate virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs; coach presenters on facilitation and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of combined experience working as a learning specialist with related formal training.
- Proficient in Adobe CC, Articulate 360, MS Office and MS Teams
- Prior experience facilitating/presenting training programs in a corporate/retail environment
- Experience managing digital content on Workday, Moodle or Blackboard
