Job Summary
Design and develop engaging eLearning, simulations, videos, virtual instructor-led programs, and blended learning solutions that transform complex technical topics into practical, memorable experiences. Partner with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and architect high-impact learning strategies that improve workforce capability and business outcomes. Apply modern development tools, AI-powered technologies, and agile methodologies to rapidly prototype, test, and refine learning products while leveraging data to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness. Required travel up to 10%.
