Job Summary
Designs, develops, and optimizes learning resources across academic programs; provides oversight of the learning resource lifecycle from ideation through retirement; guides program stakeholders on instructional value, long-term sustainability, and affordability of resources; ensures resources meet accessibility standards and align with course competencies; leads procurement, onboarding, rights management, and centralized asset tracking; collaborates cross-functionally with PDOs, accessibility, cost/consumption, student services, and other stakeholders; travels up to 20% for designated company summits and events; requires a bachelor’s degree and proven experience in selecting and evaluating learning resources, instructional design, and online learning technologies; the role is full-time with comprehensive benefits and a focus on improving student outcomes and program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Library/Information Science, Technology, Business, Health, or a related field
- Experience selecting, evaluating, and curating learning resources to support courses, programs, or instructional initiatives
- Experience aligning learning resources to instructional objectives, course outcomes, and student learning needs
- Experience with instructional design, learning resource evaluation, online learning platforms, and educational technology
- Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines for digital learning materials
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to support program or course-level learning resource needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment
