Job Summary
Administer Adobe Learning Manager to maintain a reliable, scalable library by ingesting, organizing, and version-controlling e-learning packages, videos, and interactive decks. Build modular learning paths and conduct rigorous pre-production QA testing to validate media playback, tracking behavior, and mobile responsiveness. Partner with compliance teams to manage content review workflows, ensuring regulatory integrity before public release. Track learner engagement using ALM reports and dashboards to translate data into actionable insights for underperforming content. Onboard new team members to the tech stack and advise cross-functional teams on building scalable, ALM-ready assets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in learning technology and operations
- hands-on LMS administration experience
- content authoring software experience
- Strong familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI)
- basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting
- familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Practical experience pulling learning analytics
