Job Summary
Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs for managers across regions; align regional plans with global frameworks, coordinate scheduling and on-site facilitation, and drive post-project reviews to improve training effectiveness; collaborate closely with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast training needs and ensure timely delivery; apply leadership competency frameworks, adult learning theories, and cross-team collaboration to build stronger management capabilities and organizational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
- Solid working experience in HR with practical experience in leadership development and management training
- Familiar with basic leadership development systems of multinational companies, adult learning theories and standard training operations
- Capable of executing training plans, coordinating on-site activities and conducting project reviews; able to independently deliver regular leadership training programs
- Good bilingual proficiency for daily communication, alignment and reporting with global headquarters
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills, practical problem-solving ability and result-oriented mindset
- Preferred Qualifications: experience in healthcare, medical device or life science industry; experience delivering leadership programs for large foreign enterprises; familiarity with GE working processes and corporate culture
