Job Summary
Learning Product Lead at Entain responsible for defining, shaping, and governing the organisation's learning product portfolio. Lead the enterprise learning portfolio, design and prioritise products that build critical skills, align products to priority skills, oversee vendor management, and define success measures to improve relevance, reach, quality, and performance across regions and roles. Collaborate with Learning Experience Lead to activate products through journeys and experiences, enabling pathways and mobility within a data-driven, tech-led learning ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years total experience
- 3–5+ years in product ownership/strategy ( learning or adjacent)
- L&D experience earlier in career (or equivalent capability domain)
- Experience managing learning products, programmes or portfolios end-to-end within a digital learning ecosystem (LMS, LXP, skills and talent platforms).
- Experience learning design, capability development and how these are enabled through platforms, data and user experience.
- Experience managing learning vendors and external partners, including platform providers and content aggregators, commercially.
- Work with skills intelligence, workforce data and platform insights to inform product strategy and optimisation.
- Experience with how learning, talent and skills systems integrate (e.g. LMS/LXP, talent marketplace, performance systems) to promote pathways, mobility and workforce planning.
