Job Summary
Learning Portfolio Specialist responsible for defining, managing, and promoting Amadeus' global learning portfolio, aligning it with product lifecycle goals and customer needs. Collaborates with Product Management and Product Marketing Management to analyze learning requests, design and deliver learning solutions, and communicate the learning offer across the organization. Drives portfolio strategy, dissemination of strategy, and adoption of learning initiatives; partners with Instructional Design to tailor delivery methods and ensures delivery expectations. Promotes cross-functional collaboration, tracks portfolio evolution, and contributes to the commercial aspects of Customer Learning Services, with a hybrid work arrangement in Warsaw, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in Amadeus with a solid understanding of the Amadeus portfolio of products and solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Autonomous with strong follow-through skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability
- Flexible with ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in learning or customer services is an advantage
