Job Summary
Learning & Performance Consultant to design and deliver high-impact instructor-led and virtual training for MassMutual’s Operations, focusing on onboarding and ongoing development for customer care and operations teams. Responsibilities include facilitating sessions, partnering with instructional designers and leaders, piloting content, managing learner engagement and performance signals, and supporting LMS operations and reporting. Requires strong facilitation skills, adaptability to diverse learner needs, and the ability to drive curriculum effectiveness and delivery innovation in a hybrid in-office/remote environment. Emphasis on creating an inclusive, high-trust learner experience and leveraging data to improve training outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of experience in training facilitation or adult learning delivery
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Communication, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Facilitation certifications (e.g., Certified Training Facilitator, Certified Master Facilitator, Virtual Facilitation Certificate)
