Job Summary
Develop and execute education strategy aligned with specific line-of-business goals and learning culture. Nurtur consultative partnerships across the organization while analyzing performance gaps to recommend strategic solutions. Evaluate the effectiveness of these solutions and coach team members on instructional strategies for instructor-led, web-based, and blended formats. Manage multiple complex initiatives autonomously, coordinating communication plans and project management activities for divisional and enterprise implementations. Participate with teams and consult with customers and internal workgroups to foster strong client-facing relationships. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development or related field plus four years of experience in instructional design or performance consulting. The position is a Flex (Hybrid) role with three days in the office and two days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development or related field
- 4 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting
- 8 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting
- Consultative communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in visual, verbal, and written forms
- Technical aptitude
- Analytical skill set
- Sound inductive and deductive reasoning
- Experience working with others to analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions
- Ability to overcome obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goals
- Capability to apply accepted and emerging adult learning theories and instructional design trends on the job
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Development or related field
- 3 years of learning and development experience in a corporate or business setting
- Ability to establish and nurture partnerships with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter experts
