Learning Partner

Plan, design, and implement training and coaching for direct service staff, resource parents, and community partners. Participate in annual professional development needs assessments to identify training gaps, then create, update, and maintain applicable curricula including classroom, virtual, and eLearning modules. Research source material through interactions with Subject Matter Experts and facilitate learning opportunities such as online courses and individual coaching to ensure staff deliver high-quality services. Collaborate with the Collaborative Learning team to meet contractual and grant requirements while supporting the organization's trauma-informed care mission across youth support, foster care, and community education initiatives.
