Job Summary
L&OD Consultant (Pacific) to support the L&OD Manager with program coordination, content development, and session delivery. Develop and co-facilitate leadership development workshops for RI Academy (Emerging Leaders to Middle Manager Programs), coordinate programs (communications, follow-ups, post-session support), contribute to initiatives such as performance reviews and succession planning, support the online learning platform U+, collaborate with the L&OD team across global time zones, and identify improvements including leveraging AI. Highly engaged facilitation, stakeholder management, and ability to adapt content to organisational context are key; role is primarily remote with occasional travel across the Pacific region.
