Job Summary
Deliver induction/onboarding programs across brands and create a positive new-starter experience aligned with culture and values. Partner with leaders to identify learning, capability and culture needs; prioritise and deliver L&OD initiatives aligned to divisional goals. Facilitate high-quality learning experiences across virtual, face-to-face and blended environments with measurable outcomes. Support frontline leaders to build essential leadership capabilities and confidence. Assist with the implementation and administration of learning programs through the LMS, including reporting and stakeholder support. Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the Personal Injury division and broader MedHealth group. The ideal candidate will have experience in learning, organisational development, HR, talent or capability, end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives, strong facilitation and communication skills, data-driven improvement mindset, and experience with LMS, in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in learning, organisational development, HR, talent or capability ideally in an advisory capacity
- Experience coordinating and delivering learning, onboarding, leadership or capability initiatives end-to-end (planning, delivery, evaluation)
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse audiences and delivery modes
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deliver projects to timelines and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Experience working with learning systems (LMS)
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
