Learning Operations Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end learning and development operations for assigned business units, coordinating training schedules, calendars, and both instructor-led and virtual initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs, monitor effectiveness through reports and metrics, and ensure data accuracy within Learning Management Systems. Support content deployment, curriculum updates, and compliance reporting while preparing dashboards for leadership review. Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and vendors to execute programs and drive employee engagement initiatives. Identify process improvements and communicate learning opportunities to employees.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience
- 6-9 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR operations, talent development, or training coordination
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for customer service
- Results & detail-oriented
- Focus on high data accuracy
- Quality driven – in communications and all system transactions
- Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner and escalate where appropriate
- Good written and verbal skills
- Strong English language communication skills
- MS Office
- Regulatory Compliance (Process specific)
- CDP
- Strong understanding of learning and development processes and training operations
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and team management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies is preferred
- Experience supporting training coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management activities
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, virtual training tools, and reporting dashboards
- Experience supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives
