Job Summary
Manage a team of four Design Leads and content creators to deliver science curriculum for Biology and Chemistry across Grades 7–12 on National and International tracks. Own the end-to-end delivery plan, capacity planning, and prioritization rituals to ensure content ships on time and to the right standard. Establish quality gates, review workflows, and feedback loops using diagnostic and learning gain data to drive iterative improvements. Lead cross-functional handoffs with Product, Engineering, and School Ops while building scalable templates and AI-assisted production playbooks. Define the operating system for science content creation from day one, reporting directly to the Head of Learning Operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years managing people
- Background in tech or education
- Fluent Arabic
- Strong professional English
- Based in Riyadh
