Job Summary
Coordinate the transition to the Thriverr 2.0 online platform and manage AI-based connectivity tools for 60 to 80 rural community and economic development leaders. Support staff-led outreach to identify and engage prospective resource partners, aiming for two to three new connections monthly. Maintain a shared resource-provider knowledge base by organizing, tagging, and preparing partner-contributed materials, targeting 100 new resources. Collect service data, participant feedback, and activity summaries for program evaluation and continuous improvement. Organize virtual meetings, training sessions, and in-person network events to connect rural leaders with development resources. Participate in regular supervision meetings to align service activities with organizational priorities. Serve full-time from September 2026 to August 2027, completing 1,700 hours.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 17 years of age or older by the start of service
- Passion for community service and connecting your neighbors to the digital tools, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Interest in gaining experience in community development or digital inclusion
- Not already served four (4) or more AmeriCorps State/National terms
