Job Summary
Create multimedia assets for learning experiences, including product demonstration videos, animations, motion graphics, visual aids, presentations, GIFs, and reusable templates. Partner with Technical Education Developers to translate learning objectives and technical concepts into effective visual learning experiences that improve comprehension and retention. Use visual design principles and adult learning concepts to enhance clarity while leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate content production and prototyping. Produce and edit video-based learning content, including screen recordings, annotations, captions, and voiceovers, while developing reusable visual systems for the Academy and Community platforms. Perform quality reviews to ensure assets meet standards for accessibility, usability, and learner experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience creating multimedia, visual, video, or motion design assets for learning, education, enablement, or software-based environments
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- experience creating scalable design systems and visual assets
- Experience using AI-enabled creative workflows to improve design, multimedia production, prototyping, or content creation processes
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout, composition, and user experience
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals that support learner understanding and reduce cognitive load
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, or cross-functional stakeholders to deliver multimedia projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and feedback-integration skills with the ability to explain design decisions and iterate effectively
- Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate Storyline/Rise, ElevenLabs, Claude, or similar multimedia and learning technologies
